Try Out Exciting Fitness Classes!

Most fitness classes are free to members.  Non members are invited to attend a class for a $7 fee,  buy a day ticket for $12, or purchase a punchpass for $60 (10 visits per pass). With over 30 fitness classes to choose from, there is something for everyone to enjoy!

Fitness classes range from beginner levels to more advanced. Beginner friendly classes are noted with a smiley face!  (Please note, not all classes are offered year round. Check our latest brochure for

a list of current fitness classes!)

 

Body Blast Circuit:  This circuit class, done to music, is a great change to the normal routine with a good mix of cardio and weight training stations to provide an all around full body workout. 


Beginner Cycling: Learn the basics of cycling and build your stamina! A great way to start out with this 30 minute intro class.

  

Shift and Lift: Energize your workout with a combination of cycling and strength training done to great music!

 Living Strong Program is a wellness program for adults 40 years or older using light hand held and ankle weights. Classes meet 2x per week and are done either seated or standing with the use of a chair or wall for support. Great for the beginner exerciser! A medical release form from your primary physician may be required. This program is co-sponsored by the Area Agency on Aging and IROC. 

Step Interval: A classic workout using Reebok Step to improve cardio. Class includes handheld weight intervals for a full body workout.

 

Core Training:  45 minutes of core conditioning to increase your stability and inner strength.

 

Pilates: The Pilates method is an exercise system that focuses on improving flexibility and strength for the total body without building bulk. Pilates involves a series of controlled movements, engaging the body, mind and specialized breathing. Please bring your own mat for this 45 minute class. 
     

Dance 4 fitness: Get together on Monday afternoons with others who enjoy line dancing for some great exercise! No previous experience necessary.  
  

Fitness Yoga: Fitness focused class using yoga sequences for toning and strengthening.  Please bring your own mat!

Pregnancy Program-
Childbirth Preparation Exercise program designed for those in the last 6-8 weeks of pregnance. Led by therapists from Community Wellness and Rehab. Call Community Wellness to pre-register at 334-5858!

 

Intro to Fitness: Start off on the right track! Workout in a supportive beginner's class that mixes cardio and strength training!

Zumba: "Ditch the workout, join the party!" A fun, Latin-inspired dance fitness class. Additional fee applies.
