Youth (17 and younger) must be supervised by an adult (18 and over) when there is no lifeguard on duty!!!

Youth must be 12 years old to swim with Lifeguard on duty!

Lap Swims: Four lap lanes are available during these reserved times. There is typically no lifeguard on duty. Having a buddy is highly recommended. Circle swimming is recommended when sharing a lane.

Masters Swim: This program is designed for adults who would like a designed workout, assistance with their strokes and/or a training program for possible competition.

Aqua Fitness: (Mondays/Fridays 8:30-9:30AM) The pool availability will be limited and there will be NO Lap Swimming available during this time. All aqua fitness members should sign in at the front desk. *A fee may apply to IROC aqua fitness classes.

Youth Swim Team: Youth who have joined the swim team will be training at this time. Space in the pool will be limited.  Swim team meets Tues, Wed, Thurs at 5:45pm until 7pm.  Pre-registration for youth swim team is required!  For more information, please inquire at the front desk.

Warm Water Exercise Tues. & Thurs. mornings. This class is great for individuals with arthritis or diabetes and is perfect for all those who may benefit from warm water pool exercise. 

American Red Cross Swimming Lessons: August 2nd- August 13th (9:30-11AM) $50/ members, $65/non-mems

Private Swimming Lessons: Ideal for any age; may be scheduled at your convenience. Please register at the front desk.

Guarded Swim for youth 6-12years old. M-F from 1:30pm- 5:30pm There is NO guarded swim on the weekend; parents must supervise children at all times. Parents must remain in the building & sign their children in and out with the guard on duty.

Family Swim: Open to all. Youth must be supervised by an adult at all times when there is no lifeguard on duty!
