Capital Campaign

IROC has been built largely with the private donations of thousands of individuals, businesses, and organizations in our community.  But at the beginning of 2008, we still had about $2.5 Million in capital debt related to construction, outfitting and start up losses of 2004, 2005, and 2006.  Each year IROC pays $135,000 in interest on this debt.  In 2007, the Board identified the need to retire this debt as quickly as possible in order to reduce this yearly cost and assure IROC's future.  In 2008 IROC raised over $600,000 in cash, pledges, and loan forgiveness toward this goal from hundreds of contributors.  No contribution is too small to make a difference.

We invite you to join the thousands of contributors who have helped build our community center and contribute to IROC's capital campaign now.  If you want more information, please contact Phil White, our board chair, or Pete Kellaway our General Manager.
