Kingdom Velo Group is an informal organization of area residents sharing a common interest in recreational cycling.  Presently there are about 20 members of the organization.  Sometimes the group participates in organized events such as the century rides of the Tour de Kingdom or The Prouty.  More frequently, when the weather is right, an e-mail a day or two in advance lets everyone in the group know when and where a few in the group will be riding, so others can join in if they are free.  New members are welcome.

Zen Running Group

A supportive running group with a wide range of abilities, aiming to meet each runner where he or she is. The group meets on Sundays at 9AM for a group run, with options for longer and shorter distances.  Each week's run takes place in a different location, providing runners with new routes and a change of scenery.  The best part of this groups run is it's commitment to fueling up afterwards.  Zen Runner's gather for brunch in a local spot after the run.  For more information contact Brian at
